This includes Discord user IDs, guild/channel IDs, submission content (commodity, terminal, price type, price), screenshot attachment metadata/URL, moderation actions, and audit events.

Any data related to your use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. Any data related to information fetched from third-party data providers is governed by their respective policies.

3. Data Retention

Retention windows for moderation/submission records are:

• Submissions: 90 days
• Screenshot metadata and evidence links: 90 days
• Moderation actions: 90 days
• Submission ban history: retained indefinitely for safety and abuse prevention

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.

Submission evidence and moderation details are visible to authorized moderators in designated Discord channels as part of review and enforcement workflows.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
