StarLedger Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the StarLedger bot to your server or interacting with it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Usage License

Permitted Use: StarLedger is provided for personal and community utility purposes and is intended only to fetch and display market and game information through Discord.

Restrictions: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the bot to bypass its intended functionality or disrupt service for others.

3. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using StarLedger to harass, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Automating interactions with the bot (self-botting) unless explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting bugs for unfair advantages. Please report bugs to the developers.

4. Privacy and Third-Party Services

StarLedger stores limited moderation and submission data necessary for price evidence review, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and enforcement actions. Use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy, and use of third-party data sources accessed through the bot is governed by their respective policies.

5. Submission Evidence and Moderation

Price submissions require screenshot proof and may be reviewed by authorized moderators. Moderators may approve, reject, request escalation, issue submission bans, and (when permitted) execute server ban actions.

Abuse, fraudulent submissions, evasion of moderation controls, or misuse of the bot may result in submission bans or server-level enforcement at moderator discretion.

6. Service Availability and Liability

As-Is Basis: StarLedger is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Limitation of Liability: The developers of StarLedger are not responsible for lost data, server moderation issues, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

We reserve the right to blacklist servers or individual users from using StarLedger at our discretion for violations of these terms.
