StarLedger Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the StarLedger bot to your server or interacting with it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.

2. Usage License

Permitted Use: StarLedger is provided for personal and community utility purposes and is intended only to fetch and display UEX information through Discord.

Restrictions: You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the bot to bypass its intended functionality or disrupt service for others.

3. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using StarLedger to harass, threaten, or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Automating interactions with the bot (self-botting) unless explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting bugs for unfair advantages. Please report bugs to the developers.

4. Privacy and Third-Party Services

StarLedger does not collect or store personal user data. Use of Discord is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy, and use of data provided through the bot is governed by UEX's Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability and Liability

As-Is Basis: StarLedger is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Limitation of Liability: The developers of StarLedger are not responsible for lost data, server moderation issues, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the bot.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to blacklist servers or individual users from using StarLedger at our discretion for violations of these terms.
